The Jeep Wagoneer is slated to return after a nearly 30-year absence. Although we don’t have a ton of information at this point, FCA has confirmed the vehicle will be built at its Warren Truck Plant.
Interestingly, the company says the model will have an electrified counterpart, which would appear to point to a plug-in hybrid. Details aren’t available, but this could involve tech from the Pacifica Hybrid.
FCA says production of the Wagoneer is due to begin in early 2021. It remains to be seen whether the model will be introduced as a 2021 or 2022 model.
