The price starts at $42,045 and costs $63,445 for a fully-loaded GV70, including the $1,045 destination charge.
The Genesis GV70 comes with two engine choices. Both engines are turbocharged and send power to all four wheels. The standard engine is a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. Also available is a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine. Both engines come paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Passenger and Cargo Capacity
The compact GV70 SUV seats five passengers. However, the rear seat is narrow, thus it is more comfortable for two instead of three.
With 28.92 cubic feet of standard cargo capacity, the GV70 offers average capacity amongst its peers. Fold down the rear seat and that space nearly doubles to 56.86 cubic feet.
Genesis supplies the GV70 with a host of advanced driver-assist safety tech. These features include blind-spot collision avoidance, forward collision avoidance, smart cruise control, speed limit assist, and highway driving assist.
Fatigue-related technology, including driver attention warning and forward attention warning are additional features of note.
The 2022 GV70 comes with a 14.5-inch touchscreen display with navigation, a 9-speaker audio system, HD Radio, dual front and rear USB ports, Bluetooth connectivity, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone compatibility, and a wireless phone charger. A 16-speaker Lexicon audio system is available.
Genesis supplies the 2022 GV70 with a long list of standard equipment. It begins with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, an 8-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive.
This model comes with full LED quad headlights, LED daytime running lights, and full LED rear combination lamps. Roof rails, heated side mirrors, and 18-inch alloy wheels are included. Inside, the seating surfaces are covered in imitation leather. Other features include a 12-way power driver’s seat with 4-way lumbar support, an 8-way power front passenger seat, and heated front seats.
Dual-zone climate control and a leather-wrapped steering wheel are standard. A full suite of driver-assist safety tech is included.
For a $4,000 upgrade, the Select trim adds such features as power-folding side mirrors, a panoramic roof, and 19-inch alloy wheels. Ventilated front seats, power tilt-and-telescopic steering wheels, and a 16-speaker Lexicon audio system are included.
This trim brings in most of the remaining driver-assist safety equipment. Other changes include full leather seating, ambient lighting, a heated steering wheel, and manual rear sunshades. Four-way power lumbar support for the front passenger, a surround-view monitor, and a second-row 110-volt power outlet are included.
The range-topping trim for the standard engine includes a sport appearance package and 21-inch sport alloy wheels. Alloy pedals, upgraded aluminum trim, enhanced leather seats, imitation leather across the upper instrument panel and the door panels are standard. Bolstered and ergonomic front seats and the remaining safety features is included.
Matching the price of the fully-loaded 2.5T model, the 3.5T includes the upgraded engine. This model also features an electronically controlled suspension system, improved front brakes, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a sport appearance package.
A panoramic roof, alloy pedals, ambient lighting, and a power-controlled tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel come standard. A long list of safety equipment, ventilated front seats, and a second-row 110-volt power outlet is also included.
Among the features of this model are the 16-speaker Lexicon audio system, heated steering wheel, and Nappa leather seating in sport pattern quilting, A suede headliner and upgraded safety tech are included.
This range-topping model brings in 21-inch sport alloy wheels and an electronic limited-slip differential. A 12.3-inch 3D instrument cluster display, carbon fiber trim, heated second-row seats, and a heads-up display are also added.
