A mildly refreshed Mercedes-Benz A-Class sedan appears to be on the horizon for the 2023 model year. According to CarBuzz, the sedan was spied with its front and rear bumpers under wraps.
If there is an updated look coming to the A-Class it's likely to be a refresh, with the possibility of new headlights and taillights, bringing the sedan more in line with the C-Class, but this is unconfirmed.
The current A-Class has been around since 2019, and the possibility of a mid-year refresh isn't a surprise. The current 2022 model is a carryover of the 2021 A-Class, which got a handful of upgrades.
There are two engine styles available with this model. On the A220, you get a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with an output of 188 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque. Choose the Mercedes-AMG A35, and get a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that cranks out 302 hp. Both pair with a standard seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
