The 2025 Fisker Alaska marks the American EV maker's entry into the pickup truck market. Built on an extended version of the Fisker Ocean SUV platform, the Alaska is designed to be the world's lightest electric pickup. The Alaska promises sporty driving dynamics, high utility, and up to 340 miles of range.

The Alaska is roughly the size of a conventional midsize pickup and comes with a four-door cab and 4.5-foot bed. Overall length with the tailgate up is about 17.4 feet. The partition between the bed and rear seats — which Fisker calls Houdini — can be electronically lowered, increasing the bed length to 7.5 feet. With the rear seats folded and the tailgate powered down, the bed grows to 9.2 feet in length. The Alaska features an insulated front trunk for stowing items out of the elements.

According to Fisker, the standard 75 kWh battery will offer up to 230 miles of range. With the available 113 kWh battery, the Alaska will travel up to 340 miles on a single charge. We expect single- and dual-motor versions to be available, the latter with all-wheel drive. Depending on the powertrain, Fisker says the Alaska will scoot from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 to 7.2 seconds. Novel features will include the world's largest vehicle cupholder, a cowboy hat holder, and a passenger tray with a tablet holder. The Alaska will come with a choice 20- or 22-inch wheels.

It's possible that the Alaska will share its trim levels with the Ocean SUV, which is offered in Sport, Ultra, and Extreme trims. The Ultra gets all-wheel drive, the larger battery, and enhanced performance technology. The Extreme adds a bundle of comfort and luxury features.

The 2025 Alaska will join the Ocean SUV and two other all-new 2026 Fisker models, the compact PEAR crossover, and a luxury four-door convertible called the Ronin.

Pricing & Release Date

According to the latest manufacturer data, the 2025 Fisker Alaska will start at $45,400. Production will likely begin in the first quarter of 2025. Fisker is encouraging buyers to place reservations now on the company website with a $250 deposit.
