What To Expect

The current generation of the Honda CR-V came out in 2023 and still feels fresh. For the CR-V’s third model year on sale, Honda isn’t expected to make any major changes to its compact SUV. Here’s what we know about the upcoming 2025 Honda CR-V.

As a carryover model, the 2025 Honda CR-V should retain the same exterior design as the current SUV that’s on sale. The current CR-V features a conservative exterior design that should appeal to a wide range of shoppers. The front end has a large square grille, triangular headlights, and deep cutouts at the bottom of the front fascia. The rear end of the CR-V has L-shaped taillights, a small rear spoiler, and prominent body lines on the liftgate. The bottom of the CR-V has a thin strip of body cladding for a rugged touch.

The interior design of the 2025 Honda CR-V isn’t expected to change for the upcoming model year. The current CR-V has a straightforward interior design with a simple dashboard, honeycomb trim that hides the air vents, physical controls for the HVAC and infotainment systems, and clear gauges. The CR-V has a generous amount of interior space for passengers, while the build quality is great. When it comes to cargo capacity, the CR-V has a total of 76.5 cubic feet of cargo space.
