2010 Major Truck Show Schedule

A truck show is a great way to see what the newest truck models are, as well as the latest technology used for trucks. • Great American Trucking Show: This show takes place in Dallas each year, and 2010 is the 12th anniversary of the truck show. This is a trucking trade show and Randall-Reilly Publishing is the main sponsor. It is also one of the fastest growing trucking shows in the country. The 2010 show will be held August 26 to the 28 at the Dallas Convention Center. You can meet with more than 45,000 trucking industry personnel.
• Great West Truck Show: The Great West Truck show is the largest trucking show held in the western part of the United States. The 2010 show will be held on June 17, 18 and 19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This is one of the largest trade show events in the US and is one of the fastest growing. Besides seeing the newest trucks you also can attend the educational events and learn about what is going on in the different aspects of the trucking industry.
• SEMA Truck Show: The SEMA show is one of the biggest in the country and it should be noted that you need to be a member of the automotive and trucking industry to attend, as this is not open to the public. This show features new products, dealer days, specific education seminars and even celebrity appearances. This is held from November 2nd to the 5th at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
• Scrapin the Smokies: This is a truck and custom car show that is held on June 12 and 13 at the Agricultural Center in Fletcher, North Carolina. You can view debut vehicles, custom paint jobs, raffles and much more. Besides custom vehicles there is also a section on agricultural trucks and vehicles for hard labor.
• Slamology: This show occurs on June 19 in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is the perfect place to see sport trucks and hot custom vehicles. There are more than 50 different classes you can enter in, coverage at major magazines, large slip-n-slide, bikini contest, live music and much more. This event was created specifically for media groups, enthusiasts, custom shops, spectators, manufacturers and distributors.
• Las Vegas Truck Show: At the annual truck show in Las Vegas, normally held during the second week of June, you can learn all you need to know about heavy trucks and medium duty trucks. You will find buyers, sellers and trucking enthusiasts among the attendees. This is a great time to visit Vegas because you can see the show and enjoy all that the city has to offer.
