Chevrolet has a new special edition for the 2015 Camaro. Its name? The Green Flash.
An inspired choice
The new version of the popular Camaro was revealed at the SEMA show in Las Vegas late last year. The name was the result of a contest among fans. According to Motor Authority, the contest's winner was inspired by the car's striking emerald green exterior.
Pricing
The Green Flash Special Edition is a package available on coupe and convertible versions of the Camaro 2SS, which normally starts at $38,300 including a $995 destination charge.
Adding the Green Flash package adds $5,995 to the Camaro's base MSRP. It should be noted that it includes the RS Package at no additional charge, an equipment group that normally costs $1,350. Including destination, shoppers can expect to pay $44,295 before discounts on the coupe.
