Despite recently introducing the Ford Mustang Mach-E, the automaker isn’t waiting around to add new elements to the all-electric SUV. The 2021 Mach-E GT trim will be available in two new exterior colors: Cyber Orange Metallic and Dark Matter Gray. The two exterior paint schemes will only be available on the GT trim, the most powerful offering in the Mustang Mach-E lineup.

Apparently, orange is one of the more popular colors on the Mustang, though the shade on the two-door sports car is called Twister Orange and costs an additional $495. To give Mustang Mach-E shoppers with a paint scheme that says “look at me” claims Janet Seymour, Mustang and Mustang Mach-E color and materials design manager, the automaker decided to bring Cyber Orange to the table. Other exterior colors available on the Mustang Mach-E GT include Rapid Red Metallic, Star White Metallic, Grabber Blue, Shadow Black, Iconic Silver, and Space White.

Beyond giving the Mustang Mach-E a few similar exterior colors to the one found on the two-door Mustang, both Cyber Orange Metallic and Dark Matter Gray will further help the high-performance GT trim stand out. As the sportiest trim in the lineup, the GT comes with 459 horsepower and 612 pound-feet of torque. Ford claims the Mustang Mach-E GT will be able to get from zero to 60 mph in the mid-three-second range. It also gets 20-inch wheels, a GT badge, red brake calipers, and a unique front fascia. The trim, which will begin being delivered late next summer, is expected to have a range of 250 miles.

Consumers that want to reserve a Mustang Mach-E GT can do so to the tune of $61,600. The Mustang Mach-E First Edition is the first variant of the electric SUV that will roll off the assembly line later this year. Unfortunately, reservations for the First Edition were all accounted for within nine days. The Premium trim is the next one to be delivered, as Ford claims it will be available late 2020. The Select and California Route 1 trims will be available early 2021, with the GT trim to follow in Spring 2021.
