New trim for the flagship sedan will feature a host of upgrades.

Kia’s first-ever "Luxury Brand Ambassador" and the proud owner of a new 2015 Kia K900 full-size luxury car himself, NBA superstar LeBron James will be getting an upgrade soon, as the Korean automaker reveals the limited-production K900 King James Edition during the NBA All-Star Festivities this weekend.

LeBron showed off this close-cropped teaser photo on his Instagram account, displaying the K900’s front fender vents blacked out with red accents, and sporting a King James Edition badge along with his personal “LBJ” monogram. No one-off custom special, the K900 King James will be coming soon to a showroom near you.

Kia's most ambitious model to date is a large, 420-horsepower V8 luxury car with a wheelbase, interior comfort and rear seat space to rival the BMW 7-Series, while undercutting that car’s price by at least $15,000.

The K900 is a spacious sedan, no doubt. Perfect for James’s 6-foot-9-inch frame, its rear seating area is fit for king, with heated and ventilated power-reclining chairs normally reserved for the 2016 Mercedes-Maybach S600. The rear seat also gives occupants extra available legroom on the passenger side thanks to a front seatback that slides far forward when placed into "chauffer mode."

The King James Edition, with its two-tone red and black exterior theme, is expected to get blacked-out wheels and trim, along with an upgraded interior with exclusive LBJ styling touches. Set to be revealed at this weekend's 2015 NBA All-Star Game, look for this special K900 in showrooms later this year.
