Sales of the brands models mint fresh records, even with light incentives.

The first quarter of 2015 represented a huge leap in sales for Toyota and its 2015 model lineup, and March proved to be a pivotal part of that push. Sales rose sharply by 10% when compared to the first three months in 2014 with March sales leaped to just under 5%, beating analyst estimates.

Take a look at the chart above. The surprising part here is that the incentives were not anything out of the ordinary, at least when you compare the rebate amounts month-to-month. Note that Toyota historically shies away from putting big rebates on the hoods' of it's top-selling models, and although the Prius incentives were the best we've seen in a decade, models like the Yaris and Tacoma continued to sell like the proverbial hotcakes--without rebates.

Now some shoppers may be curious as to why, but the reason is simple: they don't need to. The models that Toyota plans, engineers and builds are sought after because of their build quality, performance, styling and reliability. Add all of those attributes up and you get a car that's chock full of value.

The good news for shoppers looking for a Toyota in April? We've gotten word that the incentives are going to improve. For example, the current 2015 Toyota Prius will now be privy to a HUGE $2,000 rebate. Bookmark this page and check back on Friday for more deals. We promise, it's not an April Fool's joke.
