2023 & 2024 Jaguar I-PACE - Exclusive Ashburn New Car Discounts

The 2024 Jaguar I-PACE EV adopts a tidier appearance thanks to a new solid grille panel and more body-color exterior trim. The I-PACE arrived in 2019 as Jaguar's first electric vehicle.

The 2024 I-PACE continues in R-DYNAMIC HSE trim only, priced from $73,275 including destination. Buyers are no longer eligible for a $7,500 federal EV tax credit but may qualify for various state rebates.

The 2024 Jaguar I-PACE carries a pair of electric motors, mounted separately at the front and rear. This configuration provides full-time all-wheel drive functionality. The motors produce a combined 394 horsepower and 512 lb-ft of torque. Like most EVs, the I-PACE comes with a single-speed automatic transmission.

According to Jaguar, the I-PACE can travel up to 246 miles on a single charge. We expect the EPA efficiency estimate to be the same as last year, 76 miles per gallon of gasoline-equivalent (MPGe) combined.

The I-PACE's standard supplemental onboard charger permits relatively quick charging. Recharging a fully depleted battery takes 10.2 hours on a Level 2 home charger. Jaguar says it takes just 15 minutes to gain 63 miles of range at a Level 3 public charging station.

The I-PACE is a midsize, two-row crossover with ample room for five. As expected for a luxury crossover, the I-PACE stresses style and comfort over utility. Buyers get 25.3 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seat and 51 cubic feet with it folded, about the same as a hatchback or small family-oriented crossover.

The I-PACE carries a bundle of popular driver assistance features, including adaptive cruise control with steering assist, driver alertness monitoring, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, automatic emergency braking, parking sensors, and traffic sign recognition. The $1,900 Driver Intelligence Pack adds a head-up display, a rearview camera mirror, and a Wi-Fi data plan.

As we noted last year, Jaguar no longer offers surround-view cameras or automated parking on the I-PACE, probably due to ongoing supply issues.

The infotainment system for every I-PACE is rich with features. All models get a 10-inch upper and 5-inch lower touchscreen, navigation, five USB ports, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless device charging, and a 16-speaker Meridian sound system with HD and satellite radio.

The I-PACE offers a Windsor leather interior with 16-way heated and cooled front seats, driver memory settings, heated rear seats, a sueded headliner, and a heated steering wheel.

Other standard features include a fixed panoramic sunroof, automatic wipers, a heated windshield with heated washers, power-folding side mirrors, a hands-free power liftgate, signature LED headlights, and 20-inch machined-finish wheels. Front performance seats cost $1,950, and a sunroof shade is available for $215. Carbon fiber interior trim can replace the standard gloss black for $1,300.

Gloss black exterior trim is standard, and chrome trim is available for $500. Buyers can also select gloss black 20-inch wheels ($1,000) or 22-inch wheels (machined-finish or gloss black) for $2,000. A contrasting black rear roof finisher is available for $450. Interestingly, rear fog lights are standard, but front ones cost an extra $200. An adaptive suspension system costs $700 — or $850 with terrain sensing added.
