Kia EV6 Lease Deals
No Lease Deals
Kia does not have any available lease deals this month for the 2023 EV6.
Last month, the electric vehicle was available with available with a lease deal for the Wind EV trim with a 77.4-kWh battery pack. It was available with a monthly payment of $549 with $3,999 due at signing. The effective monthly payment was $660, which makes this a competitive deal. Kia leases include 10,000-mile annual allowances.
Alternatively, Kia did have a balloon financing option that was similar to a lease deal for the EV6 last year. The trim included with this option was the Wind 77.4 kWh EV. It was listed for $892 per month for 36 months with $0 due at signing. The deal included 12,000 miles but isn't currently being offered.
Kia EV6 Rebate Deals
No Available Rebates
The 2023 Kia EV6 doesn't have a manufacturer rebate at this time. However, there are still significant incentives available.
State plug-in rebates like the California Clean Vehicle Rebate ($2,000) and Clean Fuel Reward ($750) offer nearly $3,000 in potential savings with the tax credit. The EV6 is no longer eligible for the $7,500 federal tax credit. It is worth noting that the Clean Fuel Reward is currently on hold due to a lack of funds.
We recommend checking your eligibility in advance since not everyone may qualify. In some cases, this may require speaking with a tax professional about whether buying an EV6 really makes sense based on your unique financial situation.

What's New
The 2023 Kia EV6 is essentially a carry-over model with the exception of a new high-performance trim that packs more power, upgraded chassis hardware, and an interior that reminds you that this is the GT trim. At the other end of the spectrum, the base trim, along with its smaller battery pack, has been dropped.
Choosing Your Kia EV6
There are three trim levels: Wind, GT-Line, GT. Base prices range from $50,025 to $62,925. The EV6 does not currently qualify for the federal tax credit because it is not assembled in North America.
Engine Choices
All 2023 Kia EV6 models feature the same 77.4-kWh lithium-ion (nickel-manganese-cobalt) battery pack and route power through varying levels of motor output. The all-wheel drive models gain a second motor, located on the front axle. The Kia EV6 GT features all-wheel drive as standard, and even a drift mode for EV hooligans, while the Wind and GT-Line offer a less performance-focused version for $3,900 and $4,700, respectively.
The EV6’s 800-volt system can take the battery pack from 10%-80% in as little as 18 minutes using a DC fast-charger and Electrify America provides complimentary charging for the first 1,000 kWh (or three years, whichever expires first). At a more-typical 240V charger, the EV6 requires just over seven hours. The EV6 also features a vehicle-to-load port so it can provide charge for external devices.
Model | Battery Pack | Motor Output hp/torque (kW) | Fuel Efficiency (MPGe) | Range (mi) |
Wind (RWD) GT-Line (RWD) | 77.4 kWh | 225 / 258 (168) | 117 | 310 |
Wind (AWD) GT-Line (AWD) | 77.4 kWh | 320 / 446 (239) | 96 | 252 |
GT | 77.4 kWh | 576 / 545 (430) | 79 | 206 |
Passenger and Cargo Capacity
The EV6 stretches to 184.3 inches and sits 74 inches wide which makes it nearly identical in size to Toyota’s all-electric bZ4X and over four inches longer than the Volkswagen ID.4. Inside, the five-seater provides 39 inches of rear legroom and 39 inches of rear headroom which are good figures for the class. Cargo capacity is less than typical with 24.4 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats which expands to 50.2 cubic feet with the seats folded.
The EV6 is rated to tow up to 2,300 pounds.
Safety Features
All trims are equipped with automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, blind-spot detection with rear cross-traffic alert, full-speed adaptive cruise control with lane centering, lane keep assist, high beam assist, and parking sensors.
The GT-Line gains a surround-view monitor, a blind-spot view monitor in the gauge cluster, an upgraded AEB system with evasive steering assist, adaptive cruise control with lane change assist, reverse automatic braking, and remote parking.
The Wind trim can be ordered with the Technology Package for $1,500 which includes a surround-view monitor, remote parking, blind-spot view monitor, and reverse automatic braking.
The 2023 Kia EV6 earns IIHS’ 2022 Top Safety Pick+ award with top scores for its headlight performance and crash avoidance technology while it has not yet been evaluated by NHTSA.
Connectivity
All models have a 12.3-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM, HD Radio, navigation, and Wi-Fi. A premium sound system is also standard, and there are three USB ports up front and two for the rear passengers as well as a wireless phone charger on every trim.
2023 Kia EV6 Wind - MSRP From $50,025
The Wind is the new entry-level EV6 trim and it is standard with last year’s extended-range battery pack that was offered on the Light.
It is also well equipped with features such as 19-in wheels, LED headlights, daytime running lights, tail lights, and interior lights, heated power-folding gloss-black mirrors with integrated turn signals and puddle lights, acoustic front glass, tinted windows, flush door handles, a gloss black front grille, lower front fascia, side sills, and fender trim, and a hands-free power tailgate.
Proximity entry, heated and ventilated seats with an eight-way power seat with memory for the driver, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, dual-zone climate control with rear vents, and a reclining rear seat are also among the most notable features.
2023 Kia EV6 GT-Line - MSRP From $54,225
The GT-Line features a differentiated look with body-color lower body trim and fender flares, unique front and rear lower bumper trim, and a gloss-black grille. Automatically extending flush door handles, a sunroof, a D-shape steering wheel, and a head-up display are also included.
2023 Kia EV6 GT - MSRP From $62,925
The GT trim features front and rear bumper trim with vertical accents (as opposed to the horizontal ones on the GT-Line), 21-inch wheels wrapped with performance rubber, larger brakes with neon-green calipers, adaptive dampers, a revised front suspension design, and a limited-slip rear differential.
Inside, the sport seats are further bolstered and the seat and back cushions are wrapped with suede for extra grip, the steering wheel gains neon green stitching and a GT sport mode button, and the rear seats are heated as is the steering wheel.
Compare EV6 Trims Side-By-Side
The GT offers incredible power but with a sacrifice to the range rating which might put it out of some consumers' comfort zones. The GT-Line uses its power with a bit more restraint while its added features deliver a premium experience without losing its sense of overall value.
