While Audi doesn't usually advertise promotional lease rates on the A8, it has traditionally offered lease cash month after month. That ended, however, with the 2022s, and it's unlikely to be reinstated with the 2023s.
Audi A8 Rebate Deals
Up to $13,500 credit
Audi is offering a $7,500 credit on select trim levels. There's also a $1,000 credit for retail orders of any trim.
In addition, Costco members can save $5,000 on any trim, for a total of up to $13,500 off.
For California residents, note that the A8 PHEV no longer qualifies for a $671 Clean Fuel Reward. And, unfortunately, the $6,712 federal tax credit ended with the signing of the Inflation Reduction Act.

Rates from 6.49% APR for 60 months
Finance rates remain at 6.49% APR for 60 months or 6.99% APR for 72 months, after hovering around 5.99% APR for 60 months or 6.49% APR for 72 months for a few months.
For reference, rates five months ago were 3.99% APR for 48 months, 4.99% APR for 60 months, or 5.99% APR for 72 months, and the month prior, they started at 4.99% APR for 72 months.

The 2023 A8 comes in a single trim level priced from $87,595 including destination. The high-performance S8 variant starts at $118,595.
Engine Choices
Every A8 receives a turbocharged V6 engine, while the S8 packs a V8 turbo. All-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission are standard on both models.
Audi used to build a plug-in hybrid version called the A8 e that was eligible for a tax credit. However, that model was discontinued after the 2021 model year.

Passenger and Cargo Capacity
The A8 is a full-size luxury sedan with abundant room for five. The layout is biased toward rear seat comfort, so trunk space is limited to 12.5 cubic feet, about the same as a midsize sedan. Folding rear seats aren't offered in the A8.
Safety Features
Standard driver assistance technology includes surround-view cameras, lane departure warning, automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic emergency braking.
More advanced features are available in the $3,650 Executive Package, which includes adaptive cruise control with steering assist, rear automatic emergency braking, front cross-traffic alert, road sign recognition, and an automatic parking system with remote activation.
A head-up display is part of the $4,100 Comfort Plus Package. Night vision is a $2,300 standalone option on the A8.
Connectivity
The 2023 A8 offers a robust infotainment system with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, navigation, wireless phone integration and charging, a phone signal booster, and four USB ports. Every model gets a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system.
2023 Audi A8 — MSRP From $87,595
As expected in this class, the A8 pours on the fine trim and amenities. Standard fare includes a premium extended leather interior with wood trim, heated and ventilated 22-way power front seats with memory, four-zone automatic climate control, rear power sunshades, a panoramic sunroof, and full LED exterior lighting with animated taillights. The A8 rides on 19-inch wheels and a fully adaptive suspension system.
In addition to its aforementioned safety features, the Executive Package adds a heated steering wheel, multicolor ambient interior lighting, aluminum dash buttons, and 20-inch wheels. The $4,100 Comfort Plus Package goes further with acoustic side glass, front massaging seats, heated front armrests, heated rear seats, matrix-design headlights, and the head-up display.
For buyers who want it all, the $5,400 Luxury Package tacks on leather door pulls and upper dash trim, power rear outboard seats with ventilation and massage, heated rear armrests, rear LED matrix reading lights, and all-wheel steering.
2023 Audi S8 — MSRP From $118,595
The S8 packs the turbocharged V8, plus an adaptive sport suspension, quad exhaust outlets, and standard 20-inch wheels. Other upgrades include carbon fiber interior trim, diamond-stitched leather upholstery, a power trunk lid, and standard all-wheeling steering.
The Executive and Comfort Plus packages remain available, and buyers can order the Luxury Package with individual rear seats and a fixed center console.
The 2023 Audi A8 is the brand's flagship sedan and is priced accordingly. The regular A8 is luxuriously quick, though not a standout performer like the S8. For those who want to enjoy everything Audi has to offer in terms of luxury and performance, only the S8 will do.
