2023 Cadillac LYRIQ sold out; 2024s can be reserved
The all-new 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ is the brand's first EV, offering crossover versatility and 300+ miles of range. Cadillac is no longer taking reservations for the 2023 LYRIQ, but you can now reserve a 2024 LYRIQ. It may still be possible to find a 2023 LYRIQ in stock, but we wouldn't count on it.
Like other GM EVs, the LYRIQ doesn't qualify for the $7,500 federal EV tax credit currently. However, that could change as a result of the Inflation Reduction Act.
The LYRIQ's $60,000 base MSRP may disqualify it from state incentives like the Clean Vehicle Rebate in California. We'll report back when we know more about potential government rebates.
Current offers from Cadillac run through April 3, 2023. It's possible Cadillac will enhance incentives ahead of Presidents' Day weekend. This page is updated monthly with the latest incentives, so be sure to check back for the most current information.
Cadillac LYRIQ Lease Deals
Lease offers on hold
Cadillac has withdrawn lease offers on the 2023 LYRIC, probably because supplies are next to nil. If you are lucky enough to find one, don't expect any lease bargains as the LYRIC is an all-new model in high demand.
Cadillac LYRIQ Rebate Deals
No cash offers yet
The 2023 LYRIQ doesn't carry any factory cash incentives, and we might not see any until production catches up with demand.
Note that GM is offering price protection on confirmed LYRIQ orders, which means your price will not increase once an order is placed, even if the MSRP goes up before delivery.
Cadillac LYRIQ Financing Deals
See dealers for APR options
Cadillac isn't offering APR deals on the 2023 LYRIQ, and we don't expect to see any for many months.
For now, you'll need to contact your Cadillac dealer to see what's available where you live. Dealers may have access to loan programs with favorable rates.

What's New
Revised trim levels for the 2024 model year see Cadillac’s all-electric LYRIQ split across three main models and a total of seven variants, while the list of paint colors expands to eight. There are also interior color options for the higher trim levels, but there are no mechanical changes this year.
Choosing Your Cadillac LYRIQ
The three-model LYRIQ range starts with the fittingly titled Tech model, which costs $58,590 (all prices include destination). AWD is a $3,500 option, replacing the standard RWD on all models. Confusingly, both Luxury and Sport can be acquired in three numerical trim variants, each costing roughly $4,000 more than the one before and offering greater equipment. That means the range tops out with the Sport 3 model, costing $74,590 in AWD configuration.
Engine Choices
There are two powertrain options on the LYRIQ, with RWD models offering a 340-horsepower single-motor unit that generates 325 lb-ft of torque. The more powerful dual-motor setup generates 500 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque.
Fuel economy for the revised 2024 models had yet to be released at the time of writing, but 2023 models returned an EPA-estimated 97 miles per gallon city, 82 mpg highway, and 89 combined in RWD guise. Cadillac has revised the estimated range downwards slightly this year, now standing at 308 and 307 miles for RWD and AWD models respectively.
Engine Type | Horsepower | Torque | Fuel Economy (City/Highway/Combined) |
Single motor | 340 hp | 325 lb-ft | 97/82/89 mpg |
Dual motor | 500 hp | 450 lb-ft | N/A |
Passenger and Cargo Capacity
Cargo capacity for the five-seater LYRIQ stands at 28 cu ft with the rear seats in place, and 60.3 cu ft once they’re dropped.
Safety Features
Cadillac fit its Smart System to the LYRIQ, bundling in a suite of driver aids including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, forward collision alert, and rear parking assistance. There’s also blind zone steering assistance and heated wipers on every LYRIQ, while other features are optional extras on Tech models but fitted as standard higher up the model range. These include adaptive cruise control, enhanced parking assistance, and HD surround vision.
Connectivity
The star attraction in the LYRIQ’s cabin is a 33-inch color LED display that serves as both instrumentation and infotainment hubs. It includes navigation, wireless smartphone integration, and satellite radio, while 5G WiFi hotspot capabilities are built in alongside wireless device charging. A stock seven-speaker stereo system is underwhelming compared to the 19-speaker AKG system fitted to Luxury 2 models and above.
Trim Overview
The most affordable LYRIQ still packs eight-way power for the driver’s seat with four-way power lumbar on both heated front seats and a power liftgate. Memory settings govern the driver’s seat, outside mirrors, and telescoping steering column, while dual-zone climate cools the cabin and a fixed glass roof with power sunshade offers extra illumination. Tech models ride on 20-inch self-sealing tires, with other notable design elements including an illuminating front grille and emblem, automatic high beam LED headlamps, and choreographed front-to-back exterior lighting when the key fob moves within six feet of the vehicle.
There are three versions of Luxury, with 1 encompassing a ventilated and lumbar massaging driver’s seat alongside adaptive headlights, adaptive cruise control, HD surround vision, and a heated steering wheel.
Luxury 2 adds to this with Cadillac’s Super Cruise hands-free driving system, a ventilated passenger seat, one-touch rear seat folding, active noise cancellation, and a 19-speaker AKG Studio sound system.
Luxury 3’s external flourishes include 22-inch split-spoke alloy wheels and a hands-free power liftgate, while the cabin benefits from heated outboard rear seats, tri-zone climate, and an alarm system, plus a rear camera mirror.
With only $500 differentiating Luxury and Sport models, changes are limited to chrome and dark accent finishes, a unique illuminated front grille, and body-color door handles. Otherwise, the three model numbers mirror the specifications found on Luxury models.
Compare LYRIQ Trims Side-By-Side
Although Luxury 2 probably justifies its premium, Tech models offer the key benefits of LYRIQ ownership at a sub-$60,000 price, making them our pick of the range.
