The new Integra may be a better deal than you think, based on the latest lease deals from Acura. According to our analysis, the 2023 Integra can actually be cheaper to lease than the outgoing ILX despite a big difference in MSRP. It may even be a better value when comparing Integra lease prices versus the Civic Si.
To start, the 2023 Acura Integra is listed at $399 for 36 months with $2,999 due at signing. That's based on an MSRP of $33,895 including destination for the A-Spec trim with CVT and a yearly allowance of 10,000 miles. The effective monthly cost of this lease comes out to about $482 a month before taxes & fees.
According to the company's online payment estimator, the 2022 Acura ILX can be leased from $516 for 36 months with $1,111 at signing, or $547 per month. That's $65 more than the Integra despite a nearly $6,600 difference in MSRPs. Dealer incentive bulletins indicate there are some good reasons why this is the case.
First, the Integra's 36-month residual value of up to 64% is a lot better than the ILX, which maxes out at 54%. Next, the underlying lease rate on the Integra of 0.00185 is equivalent to 4.4% APR, whereas the ILX only qualifies for standard rates. Currently, that's a money factor of 0.00230, which translates to 5.5% APR.
While the Integra is undoubtedly more expensive than a Honda Civic Si, it may be a better deal. That's because the Si is excluded from promotional lease rates and the company's payment estimator has it listed at $416 with $1,011 at signing. Its effective cost comes out to $444, just $38 less than Acura's newest luxury car.
For $38 more per month, the Integra may be a better deal given the fact that its MSRP is over $6,300 more expensive. Having said that, your results may vary since dealers set actual lease prices and none of these examples reflect unusual market conditions like dealer markups, dealer add-ons, and limited local availability.
