If you live in battleground states like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, you may be looking for ways to think about anything other than the 2020 presidential election. That's why we looked at the latest offers to uncover special manufacturer incentives you may not be able to get elsewhere in the U.S.

Arizona Deal - Lexus is offering buyers in western states 0% financing for 60 months on the 2021 IS. That's unusual considering the car was substantially updated and only recently arrived on dealer lots. There's also a $1,500 loyalty discount, and leases now qualify for a complimentary first payment (ends Nov. 30).

Georgia Deal - Cadillac is offering those in cities like Atlanta an extra $3,000 when leasing the 2020 CT5. That's a remarkable advantage you won't find in many parts of the country and can go a long way towards reducing the cost of the brand's national lease of $349 for 36 months with $3,779 at signing (ends Jan. 4).

Michigan Deal - As we reported previously, Chevy is offering a special promo for Costco members through January 4. In the state of Michigan, an unadvertised dealer leasing bulletin reveals that you can lease a 2020 Silverado Crew Cab for as little as $209 for 24 months with just $399 due at signing.

With an effective cost of $226/month, this Michigan-only deal includes $4,500 in discounts and is $84/month cheaper than the offer that Chevy is advertising nationally online. That's pretty impressive considering the Silverado already ranks among the best leases on a truck ahead of Black Friday (ends Nov. 30).

Pennsylvania Deal - Those in Philadelphia will find ultra-low prices on the 2020 Chevy Traverse largely thanks to an extra $2,000 savings when leasing. Based on a dealer incentive bulletin, those coming from another lease who qualify for a Costco bonus can lease an LT from just $239 for 24 months with $1,259 at signing.

With an effective cost of $292/month, that's $95 (per month!) cheaper than the deal Chevy is advertising nationally. At that price, we consider this an absolute bargain for a 3-row SUV with an MSRP of over $36,000. For maximum savings, take advantage of a special online-only Cyber Cash coupon (ends Nov. 30).
