Porsche Paying Tesla Lessees $4,500 To Buy A Taycan

It may be hard to believe, but the all-electric Porsche Taycan is already five model years old. The 2025 Taycan arrives with a mild styling refresh, improved DC fast-charging speed, upgraded batteries, a new Turbo GT trim, and some upgraded tech features. It looks like Porsche wants to drum up some demand for the Taycan, as it has expanded its Welcome To Porsche Conquest Lease Program.

Porsche sent a bulletin to dealerships on June 1st in which it outlined new changes to the Welcome To Porsche Conquest Lease Program. The program now offers up to a $1,500 payment credit on MY24 and MY25 Taycans for eligible customers financing or leasing a competitive vehicle. The automaker will cover up to three payments, making the total value of the program worth up to $4,500.

The credit that Porsche will provide eligible shoppers is based on the number of days to lease maturity. Leases with 31 to 60 days left get one credit, 61 to 90 days get two credits, and 91 to 180 days get three credits. This program, then, is especially good for shoppers who have a large amount of time left on their current lease.

Conquest incentives, like Porsche’s new one for the Taycan, aren’t unusual and the automaker’s Welcome To Porsche Conquest Lease Program isn’t new. But Porsche’s new program is interesting because it’s specifically aimed at increasing Taycan sales. The fine print for the deal claims that any non-Porsche make is eligible, but we think current Tesla lessees will find this deal particularly attractive.

The Welcome To Porsche Conquest Lease Program should be an especially good one for shoppers looking to get the updated 2025 Taycan. Porsche has made numerous changes that make the Taycan better than before, though pricing for the EV has gone up by $8,500 for the base model to $101,395 with destination.
