Price cuts from Hyundai. The second half of October features bigger discounts from Hyundai on a range of models. Lease prices for the 2020 Ioniq Electric have been cut twice just within the past 30 days. You can now lease one from as little as $189/month, making this one of the best lease deals on an EV.

2021 pickup incentives. You may find surprisingly good 2021 truck rebates this fall. Even though dealer prices remain high, manufacturer incentives feature the chance to save up to $6,500 off MSRP or get 0% financing. There are even hidden APR deals and special discounts available to Costco warehouse members.

Beware of scary bad deals. With Halloween around the corner, we looked at "deals" shoppers may end up regretting. For example, the 2020 Nissan Kicks is over $6,500 cheaper than a Honda CR-V EX but more expensive to lease. Meanwhile, the Toyota Avalon can cost significantly more to lease than a Lexus ES.

Pricey performance. The cost to buy a Veloster N is going up by as much as $4,670. However, our analysis finds that buyers will get a lot more equipment than the previous year. In some cases, those shopping for a sporty hatchback could find the N a better deal than one of its chief competitors, the Volkswagen GTI.

Lower your payment with zero effort. Mazda is advertising 0% APR for 60 months plus deferred payments on popular vehicles like the CX-5. However, a closer look finds the brand is actually offering zero-interest for 63 months. That small difference could save buyers up to $30/month for no extra cost.

Future vehicles. Thinking of buying an upcoming model? Truck shoppers got their first look at the updated 2021 Honda Ridgeline. We also learned that Ford is offering lease extensions on the 2021 Mach-E. SUV buyers can expect the redesigned 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe to feature a considerably more premium look.

Getting a better rate. According to CarsDirect's Bethany Hickey, now could be a good time to shop for lower auto loan rates, even if you have bad credit. Our nationwide dealer network is also specially equipped to help those with less-than-perfect credit.

Most offers end November 2.
