The Hyundai Palisade shares its underpinnings with another 2020 release, the Kia Telluride. Both cars are now the largest cars made by the sister brands, packing in a surprising number of features for the price.

The 2020 Chevy Corvette bucks more than six decades of tradition by moving the engine behind the cockpit. That’s not the only big change – the new ‘Vette uses a double-clutch transmission instead of a manual, aiming to take the fight to supercar badges like Ferrari and Lamborghini. The ace up the Chevy’s sleeve is its price, which starts under $60,000.

The Cadillac CT4 replaces the outgoing ATS as the brand streamlines its sedan lineup. The new car gets a bundle of new technology features, but it keeps the underpinnings of the ATS.

The Mercedes GLB-Class is a new model for 2020, slotting in between the GLA-Class and GLC-Class. But the GLB offers something neither of the others can: an optional third row. Borrowing boxy styling from Mercedes’ larger SUVs, the GLB-Class adds to an increasingly crowded luxury crossover market.

The 2020 Toyota Supra marks the return of a ‘90s icon. Designed and manufactured in collaboration with BMW, the new Supra shares its bones with the convertible BMW Z4. With 335 horsepower sent to the rear wheels, the new Supra is a worthy inheritor of the nameplate.

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator brings a pickup back into the brand’s lineup for the first time since 2001. The cab is based on the Wrangler, but here it’s joined to a 5-foot box. Naturally, the Gladiator gets a full Jeep off-road treatment for taking owners far from civilized roads.

The new Mazda CX-30 will be sold alongside the Mazda CX-3 as yet another entrant in the small-SUV race. The CX-30 shares much of its design with the Mazda3, but it offers more space than the CX-3. Mazda is betting that the expanding segment has room for two, and both crossovers offer attractive design at a solid value.

The 2020 Porsche Taycan is the German maker’s first fully electric production car. The sedan has the Tesla Model S squarely in its crosshairs, but it brings Porsche performance with 522 horsepower to start. The electric range is lower than Tesla’s, but Porsche fans will find plenty to admire.

Lincoln has been returning to form as a guardian of American luxury, and it continues the effort with the 2020 Aviator. The SUV is a new model based on the Ford Explorer, but it separates itself with convincing design, a strong twin-turbocharged V6, and a sumptuous interior.

Yet another subcompact crossover emerges in the 2020 Hyundai Venue. With an attractive boxy design, the Venue fits a surprising amount of head room (and standard features) into its small frame.
